Of course, not all private tutors can do everything. There are plenty of ways to become an online tutor out there who specialize in one area more than others. Almost everyone who tutors young children can teach all the basic subjects, but when it gets to high school kids sometimes knowledge drops out.

Better writing has cadence. Much like a song, a written piece has variations in rhythm, length or shortness of words and clauses and so on. Once you have the concept, cadence will naturally begin to be a consistent element in your sentences.

In almost every piece of writing, the writer is trying to persuade the reader to his point of view. Depending on the subject matter, facts, with citations, are heavyweights in the persuasive argument. In the case of subjective opinions, the skilled use of rhetoric can win the day.
With the advent of the new math methodology, learning math was no longer in most parent’s homework help skill set. Essentially, most parents found they had to learn math all over again before they could help their kids! Unless your parent is young enough to have learned algebra using the new math methods, you’re well advised to find an algebra tutor who is skilled in the new way of working algebra problems.

Your math teacher can provide help on concepts and become an online tutor, but if you need extensive help, ask your teacher to give you some leads on a good algebra tutor. Your tutor will likely be a former student who’s a whiz with algebra and can quickly get you up to speed.
