RI Unemployment situation does not appear to be getting much better these days. If you can’t find a job, how do you conduct a successful job search?

There’s no denying that RI Unemployment is rising dramatically. If you’ve been laid off, you may be eligible to collect RI Unemployment benefits, but everyone knows that unemployment benefits amount to just a fraction of what your income was while working. If you can’t find a job, perhaps you need a new strategy.

While you may be applying for every job opportunity, you may be wasting much of your time applying for jobs for which you are either overqualified or unqualified. If you can’t find a job within a month of diligent searching, it’s easy to become desperate. The stress and pressure of trying to meet financial obligations leads many people to discard a targeted job search strategy and apply for every job listed in the paper.

These days the best solution to RI Unemployment could be self employment and work at home business. It’s definitely worth considering anyway. Just remember that during the Great Depression of the 1930′s more millionaires were created then any time previous to that.

Difficult interview questions don’t have to be difficult!. The key to difficult interview questions is to take the same approach that you are taking to all the other questions. Prepare, prepare prepare and when you’re finished preparing, prepare some more!

It’s so important to give good answers to questions like ‘tell me about yourself’ or ‘what are you weaknesses?’. Not only will you impress your interviewer but you will out shine the other candidates. Give great answers and it is your name the interviewer will remember when they are selecting the person for the job.

Not sure what employers are looking for when they ask those types of questions then ask one of them. Or search online for good answers and advice. When you can compile great answers then you need to practice those answers in a mock interview. Get a friend to sit down with you and get his/her feedback.

Suddenly the difficult interview questions are becoming easy interview questions!
